I placed an order in the optimistic hope to find a rare gem. The scent I received was a very ordinary, crude mix that bore no resemblance with the original perfume it was supposed to imitate
One spray and it was clear it needed to be returned. The smell was almost offensive, more like a cheap deodorant body spray than the sophisticated and complex perfume it was supposed to be inspired to. For the privilege of that trial spray, I was about £7.00 out of pocket, because the refund did not include the original postage charge and no return labels were provided to return the packet, which had to be trackable and cost me nearly £4. Customer service very slow, although eventually kicking into action after prompting. Surely an experience not to be repeated and sadly not a customer friendly business model.
