Returns
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee upon receipt of goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original and unopened condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.



Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, by a member of our helpful staff,  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to support@scentuk.com


Shipping
To return your product, you should contact support@scentuk.com , and await instructions on return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel after your order has been processed, that order will still be fulfilled and shipped.

  • Future recurring charges will be stopped once your cancellation is confirmed.

Pausing & Changes

  • You may pause your subscription for a set period or resume it whenever you like.

  • Changes to delivery frequency or products must be made before the next billing cycle to take effect for the upcoming order.
