DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Free U.K Standard Delivery 1-3 Working Days for orders over £40.

Delivery is available for UK and Worldwide, for international customers, please email us once you have ordered, and we will calculate the shipping cost for you

UK Deliveries are made by Royal Mail between Monday to Friday.

We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

If an item fails to arrive with you after being dispatched by ourselves, we have to wait 14 working days from the date of dispatch before we can offer a refund or redelivery of that item.

This is due to the fact our couriers will not consider an item lost until this point, so it is still likely that the item will still arrive.

If the item doesn’t arrive within this period, we will ask you to sign and return a form confirming that you have not received your order before we process a refund or a redelivery.

Please note that any non-delivered items must be reported to us in writing or email within 14 days of despatch. Any issue reported to us outside of this time period will not be able to be refunded or replaced.

If you change your mind and wish to exchange your order, Items must be reported to us via email within 14 days. There will be an additional charge of £5 handling fee in getting your order redelivered.

RETURNS

We accept products back within 14 days for a refund/exchange. We assume customers will test a spray or 2 before returning, however we do not accept bottles that have been used more than this or outside our 30 day policy and they will be returned to you.. Please note that products bought as part of a bundle set must be returned as a set for a refund otherwise we can only offer an exchange.. Please contact our Customer Services Team at support@scentuk.com for further information. Customers also pay for postage unless the items are faulty.
